• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

Thrones is a location-based game that requires access to your device's location. You are responsible for your own safety when playing. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey local laws, and do not trespass on private property or enter dangerous areas while playing. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or legal issues that may arise from playing in specific locations.

All content in Thrones, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, game mechanics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without our express written permission.

Any content you create or submit in the Game (such as chat messages or custom names) remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Game. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
